RISE are the UK’s top rated coffee subscription and in 2023 approached us to help them refine their brand proposition and identity ahead of embarking on a new marketing drive to engage and acquire coffee lovers across the U.K.

Working with founders Alice and Ben, we created a new brand proposition ‘Friendly Coffee’ which perfectly captured the essence of their mission to bring some good to the big business of global coffee AND get children off coffee farms across the African coffee belt. With the new proposition came a refreshed brand identity that was rolled out across their full product portfolio, a new social strategy and a ROAS busting paid media strategy, all delivered by the Fridays at Nine team.
