Mitchells and Butlers Premium Division is home to 3 of the UK’s most loved and leading hospitality brands – Miller and Carter Steakhouse, Vintage Inns and Premium Country Pubs. We were asked to create a new identity for the Premium Division that could be used on all marketing materials at a group level as well as internal communications.

After exploratory research across all brands and customer segments, we developed a design strategy rooted in heritage and simplicity , to create a new brand identity that felt refined, contemporary and crucially could sit alongside each of the hospitality brands. To launch the new identity, we shot a film across 4 locations with Premium Division team members sharing their perspectives on what it means to work in the division and why they are proud to be there.
